Yunnan Global Presentation in the theme of “An Open China: Amazing Yunnan, Sharing Its Best with the World” was held in the Blue Hall of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China on February 20 this year. The mesmerising natural landscapes, dazzling ethnic folklores and various indigenous featured products of Yunnan have been shared with the world.

Mohamed Faisal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Maldives to China made the comment at the presentation: “We have seen the beautiful landscapes of Yunnan. It is indeed a highly-touristed destination.”

After nearly 40 years of development, Yunnan tourism industry now relies on the advantageous regional position. At present, Yunnan tourism is upgrading in terms of tourism destinations, tourism products, tourism public infrastructure, tourism management services, and tourism digitization and active exploration has been made.

As the move of “Traveling in Yunnan by a smart phone” is under vigorous promotion, a series of smart tourism products such as tourist consultation on phone, hotels reservation online and driving-tour route planning will become new highlights of Yunnan tourism in the future. As the up-to-date demands of the tourists are changing, food, lodge, transportation, shopping and entertainment — factors of the Yunnan tourism industrial chain— will be rearranged and upgraded in order to be simply taken care of by mobile phones. 

今年2月20日，以“开放的中国：魅力云南，世界共享”为主题的云南全球推介会在中国外交部蓝厅举行，云南优美的自然风光、多彩的民族特色以及丰富的地方特产，与世界同分享。

正如马尔代夫驻华大使费萨尔现场所言：“我们都亲眼看到了云南的美丽图景，它的确是一个旅游胜地。”

经过近40年的发展，云南走出了一条依托资源区位优势发展旅游的路子。目前，云南旅游正围绕旅游目的地、旅游产品、旅游公共基础设施、旅游管理服务、旅游数字化等5个方面转型升级。

未来，随着“一部手机游云南”建设的全力推进，手机旅游咨询、网上预订酒店、自驾行程定制等一系列智慧旅游产品将成为云南吸引游客的新亮点，吃、住、行、游、购、娱，云南旅游产业链条上的各要素将围绕游客日益增长的需求不断升级重构，实现一部手机轻松搞定。

2017 China International Travel Mart (2017 CITM) is held in Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center, Kunming, from Nov.17 to 19. China International Travel Mart is the largest professional tourism exhibition in Asia at present. With the exhibition area of about 70,000m2 and 3,700 standard exhibition booths, 2017 CITM organizes various important activities like Joint Meeting of the Great Shangri-La Tourism Promotion Alliance, Night of Shangri-La, opening ceremony of the travel mart, pavilion tour of VIPs from China and abroad, Development Seminar of Lancang-Mekong River Tourism Cities, closing ceremony of the year of China·ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asia Nations) tourism cooperation and the professional fairs for buyers and sellers. Based on the theme of “2017 Tourism Year of Silk Road”, many new routes and new products are launched on the travel mart. Besides, to comply with the trend of sports tourism development, theme pavilion of sports tourism is set for the first time on 2017 CITM.

Eight pavilions are set at the exhibition, including Domestic Pavilion (Hall 6-8), International Pavilion (Hall 9) and other four pavilions of Comprehensive Pavilion of Yunnan Tourism (Hall 10), Tourism Commodities Pavilion (Hall 11), Health Tourism Pavilion (Hall 12) and Sports Tourism Pavilion (Hall 13) set up by Yunnan Province, presenting to all the visitors the overall progress of transformation and upgrading of tourism and achievements in the opening up of Yunnan tourism industry.

2017中国国际旅交会于11月17日至19日在昆明滇池国际会展中心举行。中国国际旅游交易会，是目前亚洲规模最大的专业旅游展。本届旅交会共设展馆7万平方米、标准展位约3700个，将组织中国大香格里拉旅游推广联盟联席会、香格里拉之夜、旅交会开馆仪式及中外嘉宾巡馆、澜沧江—湄公河旅游城市发展研讨会、中国东盟旅游合作年闭幕式、买卖家专业洽谈会等多项重要活动，并围绕“2017丝绸之路旅游年”的主题，推出多条新线路和多个新产品。另外，为顺应体育旅游发展趋势，本届旅交会还将首次设立体育旅游主题馆。

本届展会共设置了八个展馆，分别是国内馆（6、7、8号馆）、国际馆（9号馆）和云南省设置的云南旅游综合馆（10号馆）、旅游商品馆（11号馆）、健康旅游馆（12号馆）以及体育旅游馆（13号馆），向各界人士全面展现云南旅游产业转型升级的进展和对外开放成果。

本届旅交会上，云南16州市纷纷亮相云南旅游综合馆（10号馆），向各界人士展示彩云之南的独特魅力。

On 2017 CITM,16 cities and prefectures of Yunnan Province appear on Comprehensive Pavilion of Yunnan Tourism—Hall 10 to show the unique charm of colorful Yunnan to people from various circles.
