Introduction to Xindu: Xindu District is formerly known as “Xindu County”. In the heart of the western Sichuan Plain, it is the northern main city of Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, China, of which 32.6 square kilometers is a metropolitan area. Xindu District is also positioned as the sub-center of Chengdu City North, taking on the functions of Chengdu's machinery, IT, electronics, food, bio-pharmaceutical, tourism and logistics bases. Xindu Town (now Xindu Street) and Xinfan Town are all historical and cultural cities in Sichuan Province. According to Sichuan Province's priority development of Chengdu's “one mega city, one large city in Mianyang, 10 medium-sized cities such as Deyang”, the development strategy of the plain urban cluster is the core of the most dynamic Chengdu Plain economic circle in western China. The bridgeheads of the high-tech industry belts established by the provincial and provincial governments have become extremely important positions in the economic market of Sichuan Province.
