Introduction to Pingluo: Pingluo County Shizuishan City contains the county, in the northern part of the Ningxia Plain, 50 kilometers away from Yinchuan is the only established county in Shizuishan City. The Yellow River in the east and the Helan Mountain in the west have the cultural heritage of Hui, Han and Mongolia. The county has an area of 2,86.13 square kilometers, with a permanent resident of 253,249 (2010), 80,000 urban residents and 97,000 Hui people, accounting for 32% of the county. It consists of seven towns and six townships and 141 villages. It is the hometown of fish and rice in the northwest, and it has the reputation of “small small Jiangnan”.
