Introduction to Jixian County: Jixian County is known as Luzhou, which is named after it in Shandong Province, in the west of Guanzhong Plain and northwest of Baoji City in Shaanxi Province. It is adjacent to Qianyang in the east, Chencang District in the south, and close to the five counties of Qingshui, Zhangjiachuan, Huating, Chongxin and Lingtai in Gansu. The Baozhong Railway and the 204 Provincial Highway run through the whole territory, and are the “three provinces of Tongyu” and the border trade towns of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia.
