Lantian Introduction: Lantian County is located in the northern foot of Qinling Mountains in Shaanxi Province. The southeastern part of the Guanzhong Plain is the county under the jurisdiction of Xi'an City. The county seat is 22 kilometers away from the urban area. The southeast is bounded by the Qinling Mountains, connected with Huaxian County, Luonan County, Shangzhou City and Lishui County; the west is surrounded by the Ku'ao River, adjacent to Chang'an District and Yanqiao District; the north is bounded by Lushan Mountain and Linyi District, Weinan City meet. Lantian has been one of the main roads leading to the southeastern provinces since the ancient times. Lantian County was established in 379 BC, and it was named after the rich jade in the territory. The county is 64 kilometers long from east to west and 55 kilometers wide from north to south. It contains 22 towns and 519 villages.
