Nanhua Introduction: Nanhua County is a county containing Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture. Formerly known as Zhennan, it was “one of the most important towns in the south”. On June 30, 1954, the first people's congress of the county was approved by the Administrative Council, and Zhennan County was changed to “Nanhua County”, meaning “a beautiful place in the southwest.” ". Nanhua County is located in the west of Chuxiong Prefecture, east to Luding County, southeast to Chuxiong City, south to Jingdong Yi Autonomous County, west to Midu County, and north to Xiangyun County and Yao'an County. The county seat is 33 kilometers away from Chuxiong City, 192 kilometers away from Kunming, the provincial capital, and 175 kilometers away from Dali City.
