Introduction to Wuyuan: Wuyuan Yi Autonomous County belongs to Linyi City, Yunnan Province. In April 1949, the Wuyuan Yi armed forces accepted the leadership of the Communist Party of China and established the temporary people's government of Wuyuan County. In 1964, the Wuyuan Yi Autonomous County was established as the only revolutionary old district county in Linyi City. In 2010, the county governed 6 townships and 4 towns, 93 village committees, a state-run province farm, 180,000 people, ethnic minorities accounted for 93.4%, and the Yi people accounted for 85.1%, accounting for more than 40% of the national Yi people. The frontier ethnic autonomous counties with more than 20 ethnic groups, such as Yi, Han, Lahu, and Yi, are among the only two Yi Autonomous Counties in the country. In 2011, the total production value of Wuyuan Yi Autonomous County was 1.74 billion yuan, an increase of 15.9% over 2010, of which: the first industry completed 477 million yuan, an increase of 7.8% over 2010; the secondary industry completed 630 million yuan, an increase over 2010. 28.3%; the tertiary industry completed 633 million yuan, an increase of 11.9% over 2010
