Introduction to Yongshan: Yongshan County, located in Zhaotong City, is in the northeast of Yunnan Province. China's second largest, the world's third largest hydropower station, with a total installed capacity of 12.6 million kilowatts - Xiluodu Hydropower Station resident. In 1727, the Governor of Yungui, Ertaiyu, posted a rice paste, and was named “Yongshan” by the court of Qinming County, meaning to obey the discipline forever. In 2014, Yongshan County governed 6 towns and 9 townships, with 4 neighborhood committees and 133 villages. The county government is located in Xiluodu Town, 680 kilometers southwest of Kunming, the provincial capital, and 200 kilometers south of Zhaoyang District, Zhaotong City Government. On the northwestern edge of Zhongshan Mountain in northeastern Yunnan, the plateau surface is broken due to the cutting of the Jinsha River and its tributaries. The highest altitude is 3199.5 meters and the lowest altitude is 340 meters. The main rivers are Jinsha River, Tunxizi River, Damiaotan River, Jingdi Shuihe and Longchong River. It belongs to the subtropical humid climate zone. Due to the high altitude difference, the vertical change of climate is significant. The annual average temperature is 16.4 °C, and the average annual precipitation is 666 mm.
