Introduction to Lushan: Lushan Yi Autonomous County (referred to as Daishan County) is a county that contains Yuxi City, the old name of the county, and is known as the “Linjunyanyu, the provincial capital of Nanxun”. The Lushan Yi Autonomous County was established on May 12, 1951 as the first Yi Autonomous County of the People's Republic of China, and the first county in Yunnan Province to implement ethnic regional autonomy. Lushan County is connected to Hongta District in the east, Tonghai County in the southeast, Shiping County in the south, Xinping County in the southwest, Shuangbai County in the northwest, Yimen County in the north, and Jinning County in the northeast. The county seat is located in Shuangjiang Street, 24 kilometers away from Yuxi City and 116 kilometers away from Kunming City. The Yuyuan Expressway runs through the county. By the end of 2012, Daishan County had jurisdiction over 2 streets, 3 towns and 3 townships, with a total area of 1972 square kilometers;
