Introduction to Hejiang: Hejiang County belongs to Sichuan Yinzhou, Chuanxiong Joint, in the southern margin of the Sichuan Basin. The west is adjacent to Jiangyang District, Naxi District and Qixian County, the east is connected with Jiangjin District of Chongqing, the north is connected with Yongchuan District, and the south is adjacent to Chishui City and Xishui County of Guizhou Province. Hejiang County is the first county in the Yangtze River to enter and exit Sichuan at the intersection of the Yangtze River, Chishui River and Xishui River. Hejiang County is 38.7 kilometers away from Zhangzhou, 260.1 kilometers away from Chengdu, 109.2 kilometers away from Chongqing Chaotianmen and 69 kilometers away from Chongqing Waihuan Expressway. Hejiang County is the only county in Sichuan and Chongqing that is adjacent to Chongqing and has the only Yangtze River golden waterway and Chongqing's “one-hour economic circle”. Yilan (G93) and Chengzi (S4) are two expressways, and the 353 National Road passes through. Hejiang County was built in the second year of the Western Han Dynasty Yuan Ding (115 BC). It is one of the earliest three counties in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. In 2013, Hejiang County achieved a total production value of 13.853 billion yuan and local public finance revenue of 685 million yuan. The fixed assets investment is 10 billion yuan, the total retail sales of social consumer goods is 5.67 billion yuan, the per capita disposable income of urban residents is 20019 yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers is 8493.6 yuan. In 2012, Hejiang County consisted of 21 towns and 6 townships.
