Introduction to Fuyang: Fuyang has a profound cultural heritage. It is named after the south of Lushan Mountain. It is famous for its Tunxi County. It was built in the Three Kingdoms Period and has a history of more than 1,800 years. Fuyang is one of the oldest proletarian revolutionaries. The hometown of Tao Zhu is one of the transitional pilot zones for reform and opening up in southern Hunan approved by the State Council. It is also a key county for investment promotion in Hunan Province. Shuyang County belongs to Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, in the southwest of Hunan Province, in the middle and upper reaches of Xiangjiang River, and in the northeast of Yongzhou City. West is connected to Lingling District and Lengshuitan District of Yongzhou City, east to Changning City, south to Xintian County, Ningyuan County, Shuangpai County and Guiyang County, and north to Zhaodong County. The Xiangyang East and West spans 64.5 kilometers, with a length of 90.5 kilometers from north to south and 2,538 square kilometers, including 20 towns, 8 townships, 3 streets, and 1,065,600 people (2012). In 2013, Shuyang County achieved a GDP of 19.43 billion yuan, an increase of 9.5% over the previous year. Shuyang County has national AAAA scenic spots—the forest of the brook and the “first drift of Asia” – the golden hole rafting and other tourism resources.
