About Chibi: Chibi City is located in the southeastern part of Hubei Province, on the south bank of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It is the contact zone between the hills and the Jianghan Plain. It is in the city of Chibi. It is located in Wuhan, the capital of the north, and Yueyang, the important town of Xiangbei in the south. It is known as the “South Gate of Hubei”. It has jurisdiction over 15 towns, 4 streets, 2 state-owned forests and tea farms. The city is 68.9 kilometers long from east to west, with the widest and narrowest parts in the north and south being 60 kilometers, 26 kilometers and 1,723 square kilometers respectively. The population is 520,000, the urban population is 210,000, and the urban built-up area is 20 square kilometers. The Yangtze River flows through the northwestern border, mainly including Lushuihe, Xindianhe and Tingyihe. Chibi has a long history and is well-known in the world. It has a history of more than 1,700 years. The ancient name of Chibi is called Puqi. The origin of the Three Kingdoms Dongwu Huangwu set up Puqi County in the second year. It was named after the lake was rich in pupa (the material of the ancient woven futon). Approved by the State Council in May 1986, Puqi County was removed from the county and set up by Xianning City. In June 1998, it was renamed as Chibi City. Chibi is a famous ancient battlefield. In the thirteenth year of Jian'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (208 years), Liu Bei and Sun Quan united, and Cao Cao was the famous site of the battle of Chibi in history.
