Introduction to Luanchuan: Luanchuan County is a county-level administrative district in Nanyang City, Henan Province. It is located in the southwestern border of Henan Province, the junction of Henan, Hubei and Shaanxi provinces. It is named after the formation of Baili alluvial plains in the territory of Lishui.
