Introduction to Luoning: Luoning County is located in the mountainous area of ​​western Henan, in the middle and upper reaches of Luohe River. It belongs to Luoyang City, the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty, with a total area of ​​2,306 square kilometers. Including 8 towns and 10 townships, 388 villages, 480,000 people (2013), including 390,000 rural areas.
