Introduction to Dingnan: Dingnan County, Ming Dynasty Three Years (1569) Set up the county, located at the southernmost tip of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, east of Anyuan County, Xunwu County, west of Longnan County, north of Xinfeng County, south of Longchuan County and Heping County of Guangdong Province, with a total area of 1318.72 square kilometers and 127,700 mu of cultivated land. The county's mining, forestry, animal husbandry and tourism industries are developed. In September 2011, the urbanization level of Dingnan reached 45.98%. The county governs 7 towns, 10 neighborhood committees and 119 administrative villages. The population is 200,000, 95% of which are Hakkas. It is one of the Hakka settlements and passes the Hakka language (Ninglong film). Since ancient times, Dingnan County has been the gateway to the transportation of the two provinces of Fujian and Guangdong. The Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the Gan-Yu Expressway pass through the territory, and there are passenger stations and freight stations in the county. It was praised by Ye Xuanping, the former vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as “the gateway to Fujian and Guangdong.
