Hui'an Profile: Hui'an County is located in the middle of the southeast coast of Fujian Province, between Quanzhou Bay and Meizhou Bay. It borders the Taiwan Strait to the east, Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone to the west, Quanzhou Bay to the south, and Quangang District to the north.
