Introduction to Ledu: Ledu District is the resident of Haidong Municipal Government in Qinghai Province. It was established on May 12, 1969, and the district government is in Haidong Street. It is south to the northeast of Qinghai Province, west to Xining City, east to Minhe County, south to Hualong County to Qingsha Mountain, and north to Huzhu County across the river, from the provincial capital Xining. The city is 95 kilometers away and 115 kilometers away from Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province. The district has 3050 square kilometers, 111 villages and 7 communities. At the end of 2011, the population was 620,200, and there were 15 ethnic groups including Tibet, Yunnan, Tu, Han, and Han.
