The Central and Western District is one of the 18 districts in Hong Kong. The earliest developed area in Hong Kong is the place where the richest people in Hong Kong live. It has become Hong Kong's "rich area" for four consecutive years. Central and Western District is dominated by commercial buildings, banks and government agencies. Hong Kong's commercial centres, financial centres and administrative offices are the most prosperous areas in Hong Kong. Hong Kong's urban areas are mainly concentrated here. Central and Western District is one of the 18 districts in Hong Kong and the earliest developed area in Hong Kong. The Central and Western District can be subdivided into three parts: the Central District, the Western District and the Mid-Levels. The Central District includes the Admiralty, Central and Sheung Wan, the Western District includes the Western District and the Mount Davis, while the Mid-Levels include the Taiping Mountain and the northern Pok Fu Lam.
