Introduction to Li County: Li County is located in Weinan City, Gansu Province, and the county name is derived from the place name “Lidian”. In the southeast of Gansu Province, in the northern part of Weinan City, the second tributary of the Yangtze River, the upper reaches of the Western Han River; the east is connected to Qinzhou District and Xihe County, the west is connected to Tunchang and Qixian, the south is connected to Wudu District of Weinan City, and the north is Wushan and Gan Valley. The county meets; 429.92 square kilometers, 521,000 people (2010). Including 10 towns, 19 townships, 568 villages. [2-4] Lixian County is the true birthplace of the Qin and Qin cultures and is known as the “hometown of Qinhuang”. Famous and special products are Lixian County rhubarb, angelica, lamb dishes, wine persimmons and so on. There are Gansu Qin Culture Museum, Qin First cemetery - Xihang Mausoleum, Lushan Wuhou Temple and other attractions.
