Introduction to Huidong: Huidong County is a Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, at the southern end of the Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province. The largest east-west of Huidong County is 72 kilometers away, the largest from north to south is 81 kilometers, the county of Huidong County is 3227 square kilometers, the forest coverage rate is 42.4%, and the per capita cultivated land is 1.17 acres. Huidong is located in the junction of five counties and one district of Sichuan and Chongqing. It belongs to the hinterland of the Panjin Economic Development Zone, which is rich in resources, such as Panzhihua, Xichang and Liupanshui. In May 2014, Huidong County governed 10 towns, and 20 townships had 318 villages, 7 communities, and 1805 villager groups. In 2014, there were 350,000 people in Huidong County. Among them are: 28 ethnic groups including Han, Yi, Yi and Buyi. In 2013, Huidong County achieved a regional GDP of 11.257 billion yuan, an increase of 12.3% over the same period of 2011; the total revenue of the public finance budget was 966.8 million yuan, an increase of 11.9% over 2011, and the disposable income of urban residents was 18,153 yuan, compared with 2011. The growth rate was 14.3%, and the per capita net income of farmers was 8,669 yuan, an increase of 18.7% compared with 2011.
