Introduction to Yanbian: Yanbian County belongs to Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. It is the main poverty alleviation and development county in the southwest corner of Sichuan Province and the main flooded county in the reservoir area of Ertan Power Station. It is also the first batch of 27 pilot counties in the province. The only county in the city that enjoys the treatment of ethnic minorities. Yanbian County covers an area of 3,344 square kilometers, accounting for 44.9% of the city. The county governs 4 towns (Tongzilin, Yumen, Yongxing, Hongge) in 12 towns (Guosheng, Xinjiu, Gonghe, Huimin, Yimin, Hot Springs, Yishang, Gesala, and Weihe) Yi, Hongbao Miao, Dangyu, and Hongguo, 164 villages, 7 community neighborhood committees, 209,900, of which 38,804 were poor, accounting for 51% of the city's poverty. There are 24 ethnic minorities in the county, including 彝, 傈僳, Miao, Hui, Naxi and ,, with 51,800 people, accounting for 25.6% of the county.
