Introduction to Icheon: Lichuan, a county-level city, is an Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. In the southwestern part of Hubei Province, China, the upper reaches of the Qingjiang River in the Yangtze River, adjacent to Chongqing, close to the Yangtze River. The north is the Lizhong Basin, the Qingjiang River runs from the west to the east across the Lizhong Basin, and the Pingchuan Dam and the mountainous hills are inlaid on both sides. Because the land is fertile and the products are rich, it is a favorable river, hence the name "Lichuan." Surrounded by Qiyue Mountain, Hanchi Mountain, Shibanling, Mazhaoling, Mashan, Zhongling Mountain, Ganxi Mountain and Fobao Mountain. It is 92 kilometers wide from east to west, 105 kilometers long from north to south, and 4602.1 square kilometers. Lichuan City governs 2 streets, 7 towns and 5 townships. As of 2011, Lichuan City had 906,000 people and 4,602 square kilometers. The government is stationed in Duting Street. Lichuan City was awarded the title of “China Excellent Tourism City” in 2009.
