Introduction to Fuyang: Xiangyang District is located in the south of Shangqiu City Center. It is named as the Shangqiu Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government Station in the north of the ancient Shushui River. It is also the political, economic and cultural center of Shangqiu City. By the end of 2013, Fuyang had a total area of 960 square kilometers and 1.04 million mu of cultivated land; it administers 11 towns, 8 offices, 92 communities, 313 villages, and 860,000 people. The combination of the Yuyang District in the Yudong Plain and the Yulu and Susong Provinces is an important railway and highway golden transportation hub. The Longhai Railway and the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, the 105 National Highway and the 310 National Highway run through the east, west, and north, and the five expressways of Lianhuo, Shangyu, Shanghe, Shangzhou and Shangdeng are criss-crossed.
