About Geely: Geely District is on the north bank of the Yellow River in the northeast of Luoyang City, 19 kilometers away from Luoyang City. The west and northwest are connected with Jiyuan City, the north and the east are adjacent to Mengzhou City, and the Nanxun Yellow River and Mengjin River are across the river. The east-west length is 13.9 kilometers, the north-south width is 11.16 kilometers, and the 79.9 square kilometers, including 1502 hectares of cultivated land. Geely was called Heyang in ancient times. It was established in 1982 for the construction of Luoyang Refinery (now Luoyang Petrochemical Plant). It consists of 3 offices, 29 villages and 195 villager groups.
