Tongan Introduction: Tong'an District is one of the six administrative districts of Xiamen City, in the northwest of Xiamen. In the Western Jin Dynasty Taikang three years (AD 282) set the county, soon abandoned. After Jin Tianfu four years (939 years), Shengda was in Tongan County.
